In this scenario
the building permit is obtained as an owner / builder. All contracts
are between, and signed by the owner and sub contractors. All bills
are paid by the owner directly to the subcontractors or vendors. Visions Development will provide, oversee and coordinate all sub contractors. We inspect all work for correctness and quality. We provide material lists and cost breakdowns In essence we function as a standard general contractor but at a much reduced rate. Most of our contracts are handled in this manner. Clients like knowing the bills are being paid & that their getting the best prices available. As the fee charged is about half of what most contractors charge an overall savings of approx. %10 is realized.. Please call for further information. |
