Design
To develop elevations and floor plans acceptable to the client. This shall include all features necessary prior to the development of construction drawings such as window, door, kitchen and bathroom layouts.

Drafting
The development of all construction drawings necessary for submit to the proper building department of jurisdiction. This shall include but not limited to a site plan, elevations, floor plans, foundation plan, framing plans, sections and roof.

Renderings
The development of photo realistic images geared towards TRPA lakefront requirements, advertising, and other client needs.
