“Visions
Development” is a Drafting, Design, and Planning service located
on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe, CA. Although we do produce designs in
a variety of areas and styles our main focus is residential construction
suited to the Lake Tahoe basin and surrounding areas. Many of our designs
have been adapted to the concerns and limitations of building in lake
Tahoe. Due to height restraints, coverage limitations, and other factors
certain styles have tended to become practical and popular. We have tried
to provide a fresh approach to some of these along with some custom designs
. Because we use computer design all of our
plans can be easily modified. Size, orientation, floor plans, material
types, doors, windows, kitchen layouts, bathroom layouts, and many other
features can be edited in a variety of ways.
Visions Development makes extensive use of
3D computer renderings in its design and development
phases. Clients have the ability to make and see changes in real time
working with the designer. The ability to view realistic images can save
thousands of dollars and substantial stress by revealing potential problems
before they are realized in the field. Seeing is truly believing. The
confidence and piece of mind gained , especially in an expensive custom
home, by viewing important features prior to construction adds a special
value to our service. Spec builders will also find renderings quite valuable
for advertising purposes.
Prices of plans depend upon complexity
and amount of editing involved. Provided are examples of some homes
currently in our inventory. All contain exterior elevations with floor
plans. Some include interior renderings as well. This is a new site
